Sands Fridge Lines is seeking a hands-on cleaning team superstar to lead our small but busy team. As the Cleaning Leading Hand, you will be part of the cleaning team and responsible for overseeing the work of cleaning staff. With your cleaning expertise you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained and manage the team's daily operations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist cleaning teams to complete allocated cleaning tasks at a high quality

  • Work under limited supervision

  • Supervise and support team members, including hands-on training

  • Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock levels.

About you:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the cleaning or HVAC industry

  • Knowledge of health and safety practices within the cleaning industry

  • Hands-on approach and willingness to participate in cleaning tasks

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

  • Ability to multitask and mange time efficiently
