· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to ensure that all Boratto Farms policies and procedures are followed and ensure that the harvest crew is adequately trained to perform their duties to Boratto Farms standards.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to organise and manage the assigned harvest crew to harvest crops in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met or exceeded.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to ensure that policies for safety, food safety, quality and foreign object control are implemented and adhered to by the harvest crew.

· Understand and adhere to the principles of Freshcare.

· Understand and adhere to customer specifications and quality expectations.

· Work as part of the harvesting team.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to organise and manage weeding teams.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator to prepare loads for dispatch.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to organise and manage produce being moved between farms to ensure produce quality is maintained.

· Assist the Field & Shed Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Team Leader Field Production to manage employee start and finish times and breaks to ensure compliance to Fairwork and Worksafe laws.
