KaGo Transport Services are currently looking for Bus Drivers to join our team. Location: Busselton Part-Time – Monday to Friday

About the RoleWe are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Bus Drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe transportation of children between home, school, and early learning centres. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to build trust with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with road laws and organisational policies
  • Transport children to and from a daycare centre, school, and excursions
  • Ensure children are secured in appropriate car seats and seatbelts in line with safety standards
  • Maintain a friendly and supportive environment for children during travel
  • Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks
  • Maintain accurate records of trips and attendance
  • Follow child safety and safeguarding procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Current WA C-Class licence (LR or higher preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • National Police Clearance
  • A medical clearance from your doctor confirming fitness for the role will be required before commencement.
  • Excellent driving record and commitment to road safety
  • Patience, kindness, and ability to communicate with children
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

  • Experience working with children
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Knowledge of child safety and duty of care obligations
