Position Summary

The Quality & Training Coordinator at Premium Dental Lab is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all production processes, while continually monitoring, improving, and streamlining operations to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and organising teams to meet production targets and company quality standards.
  • Conducting and supporting the training and upskilling of staff, both formally and on-the-job, to ensure team members have the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
  • Coordinating remake assessments, creating remakes report and present to leadership team.
  • Collaborating closely with management and leadership on quality improvement projects.
  • Driving company culture and values through leading by example, maintaining a positive workplace, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries from dentists, suppliers, and staff, while ensuring exceptional service and case outcomes.

The position also encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Quality assurance and control
  • Complaint management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a quality, training, or operations leadership role, ideally in a dental, medical, or technical setting.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and documenting training programs (both formal and on-the-job).
  • Ability to conduct audits, quality control checks, and prepare reports with accuracy.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt training to various skill levels.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM systems, lab management software, or digital workflows (desirable).
