What's the role about?
 

You'll play a crucial part in testing concrete out in the field. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in concrete testing, so we're looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're physically fit and have a strong work ethic, you're just who we need

What's in it for you?
 

This is a permanent full-time role that includes weekend shifts, perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility, with RDOs and overtime to match.
 

Your new role will involve:

  • Performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas

  • Carrying out equipment calibrations

  • Conducting laboratory testing operations

  • Ensuring NATA requirements are met

  • Assisting the technical team
     

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)

  • Hold or are willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card

  • Have a great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn

  • Are tenacious and take ownership of your responsibilities

  • Are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals

  • Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)

  • Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours

  • Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)

  • Are physically fit
     

The Recruitment Process:

  • If successful, you'll be booked for a medical, and upon passing, you may be offered a contract to join the team
