If you are an overseas-qualified vet with a recognised degree, we will support you with sponsorship and relocation so you can settle into life on the stunning Gold Coast.

You will be enrolled in the Lincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program, a 12-month online leadership course valued at $9,000 and fully funded by us. It is CPD-accredited and covers communication, time management, resilience, leadership and more.

You will be supported by a Practice Manager and an Area Manager who understand what clinic life is really like. Their goal is to help you succeed, not to micromanage.

Your Day to Day

• Lead, mentor and support a skilled veterinary and nursing team
• Provide outstanding care for pets and build lasting relationships with their families
• Split your time between consultations and surgery, with flexibility to play to your strengths
• Be hands-on in the running of the clinic and help shape the way we work together

What You Bring

• A recognised veterinary degree (BVSc or DVM) and registration eligibility in Australia
• A genuine love of leadership and collaboration
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for high-quality patient care and a drive to keep learning
