Be the clinical lead who builds the next chapter at Robina Village. You will set the standards, shape how the clinic runs and help hire the vet team around you. From day one you are supported by a capable Practice Manager and nurse, sensible workflows and modern equipment, so you can focus on medicine, mentoring and momentum. We are offering $15,000 allowance to get you established in the role.

Sponsorship is available for overseas-qualified vet with a recognised degree, with guidance from a dedicated migration lawyer.

Clinic and equipment

• Balanced caseload with time to work cases up properly

Your day to day

• Lead clinical standards and decision-making
• Mentor and grow the team as new vets join
• Split time between consultations and surgery, with flexibility to play to your strengths
• Be hands-on in clinic operations and refine how the team works together

You will bring

• A recognised veterinary degree and eligibility for registration in Australia
• Calm, organised leadership and clear communication
• Commitment to high standards of care and a willingness to keep learning
