We are looking to engage a Field Services Agent to join our dynamic team within Place Ascot & Nundah supporting across the two offices This is an excellent opportunity to solidify your property management knowledge and foster sustainable growth within a business committed to continuous improvement.

The role will see you excel within the foundations of the role building great practices for your career into the future. The role requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday.

We're on the hunt for a driven, client-focused team player who upholds a professional approach to their work, a willingness to learn, and wants to build a long-lasting career in Property Management with Place.

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

  • Supporting Property Managers to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf;
  • Organising tenant packs & keys ensuring a seamless experience; and
  • Completing administrative support to the property managers and actively participate in training opportunities.

About You:

  • Current Real Estate Registration certificate
  • Current QLD drivers licence
  • Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
  • Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
  • Computer proficiency
