Quality Manager

ABOUT US:

DALLCON, a family-owned precast company based in Dalwallinu, proudly supplies the Civil, Mining, Agricultural, and Commercial sectors across Australia. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain quality standards across our concrete and precast manufacturing operations.

This role is key to ensuring compliance with Australian and WA standards, delivering high-quality products, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead the quality team, manage inspections, audits, and reporting, and ensure safe and efficient processes across the facility.

This is a full-time, site-based position in Dalwallinu, located 240 km north of Perth, operating on a Monday-to-Friday DIDO roster.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

•   Drive continuous improvement in quality standards and processes across the business

•   Maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and integrate with other relevant standards

•   Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements

•   Coordinate and manage external quality audits and certification processes

•   Promote best practices through inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions

•   Maintain accurate quality records and documentation including MDR's.

•   Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support quality objectives

•    Report to the Operations Manager and clients on all QA/QC matters

•   Support the Sales team by providing QA documentation to help secure new projects.

•    Ensure all projects comply with site-specific specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•   3–5 years' experience in QA/QC within precast concrete, construction, or civil projects

•   Strong knowledge of WA and national quality standards

•    Proven experience with Quality Management Plans (QMPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Work Packs

•     Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a QA/QC team

•     Strong problem-solving, auditing, and reporting skills

•     Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

•     Familiarity with non-conformance management and continuous improvement processes

•     Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA/QC software tools
