Project Manager

DALLCON is a family-owned precast concrete company based in Dalwallinu, proudly supplying the Civil, Mining, Agricultural, and Commercial sectors across Australia. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our concrete and precast manufacturing facility.

The Role

As the Project Manager, You will be highly skilled in interpreting and executing construction plans, overseeing project setup, and managing projects through to successful delivery. This role requires taking full ownership of daily project operations, leading and coordinating your team to ensure work is delivered safely on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a full-time, site-based role in Dalwallinu located 240 km north of Perth, operating on a Monday to Friday DIDO roster from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all stages of projects, including planning, procurement, on-site delivery, and final handover.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, delays, or challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and to the management.
• Provide consistent project reporting and maintain communication with both the team and management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years' experience in concrete, precast, or construction project management (highly desirable).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• White Card required; additional tickets or relevant certifications highly regarded.
