, a Sydney-based mobile rehabilitation provider that's redefining community healthcare.

This newly created leadership role is perfect for a seasoned allied health professional ready to step up, support others, and guide a high-performing team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists. It's fully work from home with the optional choice to keep a small caseload of 4 to 5 clients a week to stay clinically sharp.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a growing team across Physiotherapy, OT, and EP
  • Mentor and guide junior clinicians with scheduling, clinical decision-making, and workflow
  • Manage team performance and KPIs with clarity and empathy
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new staff
  • Ensure best practice care across a diverse client base: NDIS, aged care, post-surgical rehab, chronic conditions, workers comp and more
  • Option to maintain a small, community-based caseload if preferred

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Full registration (AHPRA or ESSA)
  • Strong background in community-based allied health
  • Proven experience mentoring or managing clinical teams
  • Drivers licence and access to vehicle (for optional community visits)
