Mulgrave New South Wales, Australia Elf Farm Supplies Pty Ltd Full time

Elf Farm Supplies are a world-leading producer of premium Mushroom Compost. Our team is expanding, and we are searching for a Grounds Keeper/Site Maintenance to join our workshop team on a permanent part-time basis on the day shift.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Grounds keeping – mow lawns, slash paddocks, maintain dams, irrigation, and manage weeds & pests.
  • General maintenance – inspect and maintain equipment, treat corrosion, and carry out basic painting and upkeep around the site.
  • Site hygiene – manage rubbish removal and cleaning to meet HACCP and safety standards.
  • Equipment operation – use forklifts and tractors for general site work (preferred but not essential)

Role requirements:

  • Located within the local and surrounding suburbs (preferred) – Mulgrave, NSW
  • Flexible working – up to 30 hours per week
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in outdoor conditions.
  • LF Forklift License – desired or willing to obtain
  • Yellow Card - desired or willing to obtain

Ideal experience for the role:

  • Experience in property and/or site maintenance advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of pest control, weed management, and corrosion prevention.
  • Familiarity with workshop tools, equipment and machinery.
  • Understanding of environmental and safety compliance standards
