The Role

We are seeking Roller Technicians to join our team to assist and undertake planned shutdown, maintenance and project works at various sites across the Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and replace rollers and conveyor components
  • Operate and interpret data from the PDS – Digital Roller Monitoring System
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or defects
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance roller efficiency
  • Confidently operate belt lifting equipment (both mechanical and hydraulic)
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols
  • Safely handle and transport rollers using proper manual handling techniques
  • Follow Safe Work Instructions (SWI)
  • Maintain discipline in tooling management

About You

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Construction White Card
  • Australian Drivers Licence (C Class)
  • Hold an Australian recognised qualification
  • Prior experience (preferred), exceptions for the right candidate
  • Working at Heights Certificate
  • Confined Space Entry Certificate
  • High Risk Work Licence – Rigging Ticket or willing to obtain
  • Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand skillset
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
