REMA TIP TOP is seeking Experienced Mechanical Conveyor Skirt Technicians for ongoing opportunities throughout WA on a casual basis.

Duties and tasks - Conveyor Skirt Technicians:

  • Maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems associated with Hard Skirts.
  • Have a sound understanding and knowledge of how a skirt system is assembled/disassembled.
  • Can set skirts to a high quality and at a sound rate.
  • Other duties included but not limited to, roller frames, skirting systems, belt tracking units, and conveyor structures.
  • Completing conveyor safety and operational inspections
  • Adhere and possess strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Job requirements for both positions:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience - Essential
  • Hard Skirt Experience - Essential
  • Right To Work in Australia - Passport or Birth Cert
  • Current Driver's License
  • Trade Certificate (Desired but not essential)
  • Confined Spaces ticket.
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
  • MSIC (advantageous)
  • White Card
  • High Risk Work License - Basic Rigging and Dogging (Highly Advantageous - incentives available for this)
