Woorayl Lodge Inc. is a not-for-profit aged care provider proudly serving the Leongatha community in the beautiful hills of South Gippsland. We provide high-quality care to 41 residents in our aged care home and support 29 independent living units.

About the Role

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Clinical Care Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, providing supervision and support to our nursing team, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with our Co-CEO - Clinical Care, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate clinical care services.
  • Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
  • Mentor and develop staff, promoting best practice and teamwork.
  • Ensure consumers receive holistic, person-centred care.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and accreditation processes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who can bring leadership, vision, and a commitment to excellence in aged care.  You will possess:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and support nursing and care staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
