What We're Looking For:

Légoe Heritage are looking for an experienced Marketing & Socials Assistant to join us 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday), to report to the Marketing Manager & Senior Brand Manager, to drive our organic social presence to position LÉGOE as a leader in our industry, and executing the content strategy across various marketing channels. This involves managing the scheduling and production of digital content, ensuring timely updates, and engaging in tasks to assist the Marketing Manager to enhance the overall digital marketing efforts.

Someone who has a strong personal alignment to the Légoe Heritage brand and values. Someone who can handle the whole marketing & social process from concept to execution. Someone who is extremely organised, efficient, and has an in-depth knowledge & experience of Marketing & Social Roles.

Your Role Involves (but is not limited to):

To plan, manage & grow our Tik Tok social account audience and engagement (and thus sales), through key activity planning, organic posting and on trend content that stays true to our brand vision and our customer.

To manage from start to end (including being present at) all of our content photoshoots aligned with key activity, campaign shoots and e-comm shoots (including planning all finer details of the photoshoots, booking in all finer details of the photoshoots, executing the photoshoots & editing/saving the content ready for use)

Ideate and execute content series that build community, resonate deeply & lead trends.

To assist & work alongside the Marketing Manager in any execution of marketing activity, content required (eg Meta Ad Briefs (creative direction & content), Klaviyo Flows Content & Copy, Pinterest Creatives & Copy, Journals, Partnerships), and admin support, whilst also contributing to creative ideas for marketing campaigns & promotional activities.

To manage our affiliateprograms.

To be back up for managing/posting on our Instagram/Facebook accounts and sending out EDM's when our Social Manager is on leave.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications or a related field
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation – ideally with a strong portfolio to match
• Experience within the fashion retail industry is highly regarded
• Exceptional TikTok, Pinterest & Instagram know-how including the reporting back ends
• Confident in front of the camera
• A natural eye for detail and creating above average, innovative content
• Experience with Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest & Website Content
• Experience using Klaviyo for Flows, SMS & Emails
• A strong understanding of digital marketing principles & content strategies
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of the LÉGOE HERITAGE customer, aesthetic & tone of voice for copywriting and content creation
• Ability to analyse metrics, interpret data and make informed decisions to drive sales
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst also be able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
• Flexibility to embrace evolving marketing trends and contribute positively to the team's goals
• Proven ability to translate reporting insights into actionable marketing strategies
• High attention to detail & creativity
• Strong communication & great team management skills to collaborate within a fast-paced team
• Highly proactive and creative
• A willingness to learn
