About the Role:

You'll oversee daily operations across all departments — bar, bistro, gaming, accommodation, and functions — working closely with senior management to drive service excellence, team engagement, and compliance. You'll be the vibe-setter, problem-solver, and customer-champion on shift.

  • Experience as a supervisor or duty manager in hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
  • Understanding of compliance, AML, and self-exclusion protocols
  • RMLV, RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager qualifications (mandatory)

Sports Bar Manager – All Things Sport, Golf & Good Times

About the Role:

As Sports Bar Manager, you'll take charge of one of Queensland's most exciting new venues — a state-of-the-art sports bar featuring massive LED screens, live sport, Trackman Golf simulators, and weekly events. You'll manage daily operations, functions, and golf leagues while building a true sports community vibe.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing a bar or sports venue
  • Passion for live sport, events, and guest engagement
  • Exceptional leadership and floor presence
  • RMLV, RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, AML, and self-exclusion obligations
  • POS and cash management proficiency (SwiftPOS experience a plus)
