About Us

COCOLO is a fast-growing coconut-based dessert and beverage brand located in Box Hill, Melbourne. Our menu features natural coconut drinks, smoothies, and guilt-free treats — a hit among young, health-conscious customers. We are looking for an energetic and capable Store Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind daily operations and a key part of our brand's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations

Develop and execute sales targets to meet business goals

Oversee rostering, inventory, and store presentation

Recruit, train, and manage team performance

Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality

Contribute to marketing campaigns and in-store promotions

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial retail/hospitality role

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in managing rosters, stock, and daily operations

Passionate about healthy living and enthusiastic about our brand

Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaking is a plus
