Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised advice on study options and career pathways
  • Meet and exceed enrolment goals
  • Manage leads, follow up, and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong connections with students and education partners
  • Assist registered migration agents with case preparation and documentation
  • Communicate with clients about updates and required documents
  • Update CRM systems with client information
  • Ensure compliance with immigration rules and timelines

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Punjabi or Hindi (essential)
  • Prior experience in Migration or education counselling, admin (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
