The Company

The Role

We are seeking candidates with a background in reception, administration, customer service and office coordination, your day to day duties could include but not limited to:

  • Reception duties such as answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Filing, archiving, data entry and database administration
  • Sort post and book couriers
  • High use of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Organise meetings, lunches and events
  • Provide general administration support to the team

What you will need to succeed?

  • Experience in a similar administration/team/office coordination/reception position within corporate and NFP environments
  • A bubbly, easy going approach with great organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment with a willingness to jump in and help
