THE SALT MILL is seeking a part time Barista (up to 35 hours per week) to join our team, at our Kingscliff location (Northern NSW) .

With this role, you will be responsible for providing great customer service, and high quality coffee in a fast paced and fun environment.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be available to work a variety of shifts over both weekday and weekends
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a barista in a fast paced cafe environment
  • Have a solid understanding of specialty coffee, coffee equipment, beans ect
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude

We offer a competitve hourly rate, as well as a supportive & fun team environment right on the beach and beautiful creek. We pride ourselves on great customer service, speed, building relationships & community.
