We are looking for a talented, passionate hospitality professional to lead the team at Criniti's Carousel Perth, Western Australia. We want someone with experience in a restaurant front of house and back of house setting, i.e., a bar and waitstaff professional.

If Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day operation of the Restaurant
  • Service standards and excellence
  • Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
  • Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
  • WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
  • Special Projects as required

Skills & Requirements

Required

  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
  • RSA
  • Hospitality / People Management experience (Minimum 1 years' experience)
