  • $28.86 per hour + superannuation + shift loading

  • Full-time position with consistent hours

  • 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster | Site easily accessible via public transport

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Concierge Officer for a high-profile site in the Sydney CBD. This is a front-of-house security role where presentation, customer service, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and secure environment, managing visitor access, and utilising security technology in a professional concierge-style setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact

  • Manage visitors using a Visitor Management System (VMS)

  • Monitor CCTV and other security systems

  • Access control and site patrols

  • Incident response, reporting, and escalation

  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times

About You

  • Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate 

  • Current NSW Security licence

  • Previous Security Concierge experience is essential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly presentable and professional

  • Comfortable using computers and security technology

  • Prior experience with Visitor Management Systems (VMS)

  • Ability to work a rotating roster of days and nights

  • Reliable, punctual, and confident in a concierge-style role
