Grande Bakery is opening a new flagship store in Strathpine Centre and we're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Front of House & All Rounder

Location: Strathpine Centre Shopping Mall in Strathpine

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serving customers with warmth and efficiency
  • Making focaccia & sandwich
  • Making coffee & beverages (barista experience a plus)
  • Stock Management
  • Managing the till and POS system
  • Keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and looking great
  • Assisting the kitchen & baking team as needed
  • Helping with opening & closing duties
  • General store cleaning works

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused

  • A great communicator and team player

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous hospitality or retail experience preferred but not essential

  • Passionate about baked goods, coffee, and good vibes
