At Kool Beanz we acknowledge our vital role in supporting children to become the best version of themselves, appreciating each child as unique.

We are looking for an Assistant Educator either Certificate III qualified or working towards obtaining a qualification to be a part of the Kool Beanz family and help make a difference.

THE ROLE

  • Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
  • Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
  • Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

ABOUT YOU

  • Certificate III qualification or working towards the qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Paid working with children check (Blue Card).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
  • Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
  • An understanding of EYLF.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours: you must be available to work within the hours of 6.30an and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
