Located on the stunning waterfront of Airlie Beach, the Whitsunday Sailing Club is a vibrant community hub and premier destination for sailing enthusiasts, locals and tourists. Established in 1968, the club is renowned for its world-class sailing events, including the iconic Airlie Beach Race Week, as well as its welcoming hospitality and picturesque location overlooking Pioneer Bay. Offering a range of sailing programs, dining experiences, and social activities, the club prides itself on delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors from around the world.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality dishes for our bistro, functions, and events. You'll take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate served.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, qualification preferred
  • A passion for fresh, quality ingredients and modern Australian cuisine
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts
