We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Café Assistants, Baristas, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands to join our passionate team in Frankston.

Our café is loved by locals for its outstanding coffee, fresh seasonal menu, and genuine community vibe. Whether you're a skilled barista, experienced cook, or front-of-house superstar — we'd love to hear from you

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the café
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
  • Work collaboratively with both front and back-of-house teams
  • Follow direction from management and uphold company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment
  • Baristas: Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, reliably, and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability is essential
