**The Position**

**St John of God Frankston** Hospital is a private hospital providing specialist inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation care consisting of neurological, orthopedics, cardiac and reconditioning programs.
- We have opportunities available for motivated Cafe Team Members to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis, working 50 hours a fornight.
- We are seeking experienced and efficient Cafe Team Members /Café Assistants to assist other members of the Café in providing high quality product and service to all customers, ie; patients, caregivers and all others. Responsibilities include efficient delivery of service, customer service, clearing and cleaning of all areas associated with Cafe. Commitment to quality and productivity is expected.

- Demonstrated Barista and hospitality experience.
- A sound understanding of Health & Food Safety requirements and food preparation
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
- An understanding of infection control principals as they relate to the food services industry.
- Sound planning and organizational ability, including the ability to prioritise tasks and cope with competing demands.
- Must be available for a range of shifts (morning and afternoon) across a 7-day roster.
