The Opportunity: Qualified Educator Leader

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
• Location: Leichhardt
• Compensation: Up to $42 per hour + super (+10% wage retention payment coming soon)

We would love you to have:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
• Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
• Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

About Us: Ipswich Early Education Centre is located across the road from Leichhardt State School and cares for up to 75 children per day. We offer many high-quality programs including bush kindy, language and music programs. and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
