We are seeking a driven and experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation supervisory function.

What is the role?

You'll take the lead in managing high-quality HVAC installations across Brisbane's residential projects. You'll work closely with a talented network of installers, site supervisors, and our supportive operations team to ensure every job is delivered to the highest standard—safely, on time, and on point.

This means you'll be out on the road visiting sites, working closely with installers and clients, and driving excellence across the board, with an office based operations team backing you up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team responsible for the scheduling and administration of installation jobs.
• Supervise, support, and grow a strong network of installers across HVAC, insulation, PV and Hot Water systems.
• Conduct quality audits and site readiness checks to ensure flawless delivery.
• Drive WHS compliance through regular safety audits and leadership.
• Review and approve installer invoices and ensure accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with operations to forecast workload and allocate resources effectively.

About You

• It is a requirement you have valid a QBCC License in HVAC Systems.
• Proven experience in HVAC, residential construction, or building services.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation practices and site operations.
• Passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills.
