We are seeking passionate and skilled Chefs de Partie who share our commitment to local, sustainable, and ethical produce while delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role works under the guidance of Executive Chef Ajay Zalte, ensuring consistent excellence across our esteemed venue.

About You
  • 2–3 years of experience as a qualified Chef de Partie
  • Skilled in section management, ordering, and preparation schedules
  • Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts
Ideal Candidates Will Have
  • Recent, relevant kitchen experience
