We are now looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. If you enjoy helping international students and want to guide them towards a bright future, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with office tasks such as entering data into our CRM and keeping all documents organised.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.
  • Deliver top-quality student services and guide them through our service offerings.
  • Prepare student admission applications and make sure offer letters are received on time.
  • Counselling of international students and helping them to choose the right course.
  • Communicate with Universities and educational providers to receive updates on course intakes and fees
  • Work with your team to address challenges and improve performance.
  • Work closely with the education team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Promote Courses on social media and create new leads.
  • Build your own sales pipeline and achieve the targets
  • Respond to all client inquiries professionally, via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
  • Manage client expectations in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide personalised support and help clients achieve their goals.
  • Accurately maintain client records using our CRM system.
  • Adhere to all company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Keep client data secure and confidential.
  • Please report any potential compliance concerns as soon as possible.

Requirements
:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor.
  • Must have work rights in Australia.
  • Students are most welcome, but will be working part-time only.
  • Must have QEAC.
