We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Lead to join our team and play a vital role in delivering best-practice support to individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do:
As the Program Lead, you will:
- Model best-practice support by following Behaviour Support Plans and a Clinical Therapeutic Model
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
- Work in close collaborationCollaborate closely with a team of clinicians, allied health professionals, families, and clients to ensure holistic, person centred, quality outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, service agreements, incident reports, and support plans
- Maintain safe and supportive environments in line with clients' needs and SIL service standards
- Deliver individualised, empowering care to clients with complex support needs
- Work fortnightly rotating roster shifts (afternoon, including weekends) across a 10-day fortnight
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of service best practices
About you:
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and restrictive practices
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, person-centred approach, and complex client needs
- Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) or similar disability support environments
- Industry-relevant qualifications (e.g., Advanced Diploma or Cert IV in Disability or Community Services)
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
