Your New Opportunity:

Join our expanding team as a Forklift Operator at our facility based in Hemmant. We are seeking two dedicated team players with a forklift license and experience to clear production lines, attend to Bailer Operation and adhere to container loading schedules.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for all daily maintenance tasks and inspections on the forklift to maintain the equipment to a high standard and communicate any issues found during these inspections.

Responsibilities also include but not limited to:

  • Adhere to all safety operating procedures at all times.
  • Perform daily care for machinery, including greasing at the end of each shift and completing pre-inspections before operations commence.
  • Identify and report risks, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Promote a safety culture aligned with ResourceCo's Think, Act, Be Safe philosophy.

About you:

  • Experience operating plant equipment - Training and upskilling available
  • Forklift licence (required)
  • Bobcat ticket and experience (desirable)
  • Have a good work ethic and employment history
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
