About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious PFEP Process Worker to join our team at our Minchinbury facility. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling eggs and packaging materials, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency in the Breaking Room area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unwrap pallets, collect pallet tags, and sort packaging waste
  • Load egg stacks into the separator and gulper machines
  • Identify and reject non-compliant eggs (damaged, wet, smelly, etc.)
  • Operate loader and gulper machines after training
  • Collect broken eggs and ensure proper disposal
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene protocols at all times
  • Follow safe lifting techniques and all WH&S guidelines
  • Adhere to HACCP and QA procedures
  • Support team members and follow instructions from the Team Leader and Supervisors
