EC Throsby ('ECT') is a family owned Beef Processing Facility located at Whittingham NSW.  We are searching for fit, healthy and energetic people for our Beef Processing Plant Labouring and Process Worker Roles.

  • We have approximately 200 positions available for unskilled labourers. Positions are entry level labouring positions, which may include but not limited to cleaning, meat packing, carton stacking, offal packing, trimming etc; and some are available for anyone with meat processing experience.
  • The positions are ongoing permanent positions.
  • Positions available are immediate start on day, afternoon & night shift
  • Previous experience or qualifications are not required for these position although we require fit, healthy and energetic people, willing and able to fulfil the requirements of a fulltime position.
  • We have a strict drug & alcohol policy which must be passed to secure and maintain employment
  • Pay rate will commence at Grade 2, $ per 38 hour week
  • Cert III in Meat Processing would be well regarded
  • The start and finish times vary for different departments.
  • All of the above are within the scope of the Epona Enterprise Agreement 2024
