We're looking for a Drafting Team Leader to take our drafting function to the next level. If you've led drafting teams in volume home building and want to work somewhere where your ideas actually get implemented, this is your chance.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and mentoring a growing team of drafters
  • Designing and implementing drafting workflows and systems
  • Ensuring plans are accurate, compliant and build-ready
  • Collaborating across Sales, Estimating and Construction to keep things moving
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in drafting processes

What we're looking for

  • A confident drafting pro from the volume home building world
  • 2+ years leading a drafting team – you know how to guide, support and get results
  • Advanced Revit skills and a love for clean, buildable plans
  • Solid understanding of NCC, QLD codes and developer guidelines
  • Clear communicator, cool under pressure and sharp on detail
  • Growth mindset, ready to take ownership and make things better
