We're looking for a
Client Delivery Specialist
to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our superannuation clients. This role supports our Client Delivery Manager and Executive, playing a key part in operational execution, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you'll:
- Be the go-to contact for day-to-day client and fund-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Support client relationship management to meet satisfaction, retention, and revenue goals
- Coordinate SLA reporting and governance forums, ensuring compliance and clear communication
- Maintain and update operational procedures and business rules to reflect current requirements
- Assist with client invoicing and customised reporting, collaborating across teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic fund-specific projects
- Help ensure audit and compliance responsibilities are met with precision
- Escalate issues appropriately and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve them
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in client service, operations, or fund administration (ideally within financial services or superannuation)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Confidence in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with superannuation regulations, SLA frameworks, or client reporting systems
