Join Driva as a Senior Product Manager and take the lead in shaping every digital interaction our customers have with us. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the vision and strategy for our Customer Team, guiding a rapidly growing company through exciting challenges and high-impact opportunities.

What you will do

• Strategic development of new products or features to grow customer engagement and return rate
• Data-informed optimisation of existing customer journeys to improve the conversion and wider customer experience
• Project-based delivery of new partnerships and territories
• Leading on both strategy and execution - capable of thinking at a high-level, and of diving deep into the detail.
• Working closely with engineering, design, growth, and operations to get stuff built and rolled out

• Can hold your own technically
• can get into detail with engineers, analyse API documentation, understand trade-offs, etc.
• Strong sense of taste
• you know what good looks like and you'll want to get there
• Good product management fundamentals
• you understand how to build a roadmap, break work down, communicate with the wider business

Nice to have

• 2+ years involved in software delivery (not necessarily as a product manager)
• Taken a product from conception to launch
• Experience working in a high-growth company
• Experience working in a small company
• Analytical or technical background
