About the role

Become part of the talented team at The Green Room as we seek a full-time Florist to join our vibrant and creative floral studio. Working in the heart of Albert Park, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Creating and arranging fresh flowers and botanicals to create stunning floral designs
2. Providing personalised customer service and advising clients on floral selections and arrangements
3. Collaborating with the team to develop innovative floral displays for the ever evolving store space

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Florist, with a passion for floral design
2. Strong technical skills in flower arranging, including the ability to create a variety of floral designs
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised, friendly, and knowledgeable advice
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Creativity and a keen eye for colour, texture, and composition
6. A team player with strong communication skills
7. Proficiency in using floral design software (e.g. Floranext) is preferred
