Paraplanner/Client Services Officer – Full-time

The position suits someone with Paraplanning experience or someone who is motivated to take their career in financial services to the next level. A preference for 2 years' previous experience in a financial planning practice is required.
About the role
As an integral part of our advice practice, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Preparation of high quality and comprehensive SOAs and ROAs
- Researching products, services and strategy options
- Liaising with clients relating to administrative queries
- Miscellaneous projects
- Assisting with implementation
The ideal applicant will have
- Paraplanning experience or minimum 2 years Client Services experience within financial planning practice
- Relevant qualifications
- Passionate about providing an exceptional level of service
- Understanding of superannuation, pension rules, Centrelink and tax strategies
- XPlan experience including knowledge of XTools+, Risk Researcher, Wealthsolver
- Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients and team members
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
