The Role

As a Senior Regional Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering Consumer Protection's services to consumers and traders within your region.

  • Actively engaging with your local community, helping them understand and respond to emerging issues and trends.
  • Ensuring appropriate, effective and efficient services are delivery by the Regional Office.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships and networks.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate educational, community engagement and communication strategies.
  • Resolving consumer disputes.

Qualifications & Licenses

  • Current Western Australian C or C-A class drivers' licence) or equivalent.
