Allora Options is a premium NDIS-registered provider specialising in Positive Behaviour Support, Therapeutic Supports and Early Childhood Intervention.

We are expanding our national contractor division and are seeking experienced, independent Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who want to operate their own business while delivering services under a reputable NDIS registration.

This model is ideal for clinicians who want total autonomy without the administrative burden and cost of maintaining their own registration.


About the Contractor Model

As an Allora contractor, you will:

  • Operate completely independently
  • Manage your own caseload, referrals and business operations
  • Deliver services under the Allora Options NDIS registration
  • Use our clinical templates, compliance framework and guidance documents
  • Complete required onboarding to ensure alignment with NDIS Practice Standards

This arrangement suits practitioners who already have client flow and want a stable, high-quality registration to work under.

About You

We are seeking experienced PBS practitioners who are confident, independent and capable of working with complex cases without supervision or internal team support.

You will have:

  • Core, Proficient or Advanced NDIS PBS Practitioner status
  • Experience working with complex behaviours and multi-agency environments
  • Strong functional assessment and report writing capability
  • A trauma-informed and person-centred approach
  • Professional independence and sound clinical judgement
  • ABN and insurances (or willingness to obtain)
  • Your own client base or ability to source your own referrals
