Tip Top Bakery at Springwood are currently seeking applications for a Full-Time Team Leader to join our breadline team. 

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.

Roster: Sunday (1:00pm - 11:30pm), Monday (11:00am - 10:00pm), Tuesday (8:30am - 7:00pm), Thursday (11:00am - 9:30pm)

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.#LI-DNI
