Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (Project Manager, Child Protection Services) to lead service improvement and integrated models of care across Metro South Health. This role provides contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership, shaping governance, education, and clinical service delivery in child protection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic nursing leadership and direction in child protection services.
• Leading planning, governance, and policy development to support integrated care.
• Driving quality improvement, change management, and workforce development.
• Building partnerships with executives, government agencies, and community stakeholders.

You are a transformational nurse leader with expertise in service improvement, governance, and child protection. You bring advanced leadership, clinical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive innovation in complex environments.
