JOB POSITION

We're looking for a Certificate 3 educator to work on full time bases Monday to Friday at our Small business award winning centre.

We would also consider a someone willing to study for a Certificate 3. You will be provided with time off the floor to study as well as have support and mentorship from our managers and team.

This positions requires to be available for different shifts between the hours of 7am to 6pm. Shifts will vary from 7 hour shifts to 8 hour shifts.

You will be working across the centre in the four different age rooms and to be actively involved in the centre events, set ups of the centre and learning the centre policies and procedures as you progress through your studies.

You will be provided with our work uniform, with various professional development paid for, such as your first aid qualifications.

The traineeship costs are covered by the centre for those who are eligible.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Certificate 3 Educators are preferred.
  • No Qualification needed for a traineeship
  • 18+ years of age
  • Clear Working with Children Check

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Learn how to observe & document children developmental progress through play
  • Develop positive relationships with the team, families & children
  • Set up amazing experiences for the children, & engage in play with them
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standards
  • Adhering to the National Quality Standards/Regulations/Law
  • Uphold our Centre Philosophy & a magical learning environment
  • Consistently guiding and nurturing children's learning and play experiences for the best outcomes
  • Work full time Monday to Friday inclusive
  • Undertake study and actively work towards completion of Certificate 3
