**The Position**

We are seeking an experienced & enthusiastic educator to lead our 0-2 room with a maximum of only 8 babies a day. You will be working in colloboration with part time educators in the room with support from our experienced management team and Educational Leader.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma of Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate 3 working towards Diploma also encouraged to apply
- Certificate 3 willing to sign up & complete incentivized Diploma Traineeship

- 18+ years of age
- Clear Working with Children Check, Police Check

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Leading the 0-2 room working in collaboration with room educators and whole centre team
- Observing & documenting children developmental progress through play using various methods include digital and floor books
- Develop & uphold positive relationships with the team, families, children & community
- Set up amazing experiences for the children & engage in planned learning experiences and play together
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Adhering to the National Quality Standards/Regulations/Law
- Uphold our Centre Philosophy
- engage in Centre QIP and projects including Inclusion, Reconcillation, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Science program.
- Creating a magical learning environment
- Consistently guiding and nurturing children's learning and play experiences for the best outcomes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
