We're seeking a skilled Cadastral Surveyor to take on a dynamic role across construction, boundary, and detail surveys throughout Sydney and surrounds.

  • Diverse and challenging surveying work across major infrastructure and land development
  • Mentorship from two registered surveyors with support toward registration
  • Monthly RDOs and a company vehicle to support work-life balance

About the role
You'll undertake cadastral, detail, and construction surveys, manage project data, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and guide junior team members. The role offers a healthy balance between fieldwork and office-based plan preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field and site surveys and supervise field staff
  • Perform reductions, calculations, sketches, and prepare plans for LRS
  • Use Magnet and AutoCAD software to complete survey deliverables
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams on technical requirements

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Surveying
  • Proven experience in cadastral surveying
  • White Card and current driver's license
  • Strong technical, communication, and mentoring skills
