Make a real impact by supporting customers through the motor claims process in a fast-paced inbound call centre environment. You'll navigate a high volume of calls and correspondence from customers, brokers, and insurance providers, ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient. 

This role involves managing claims, resolving inquiries and complaints, and maintaining compliance with state legislation. You'll deliver exceptional customer service while mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly. Comprehensive training will set you up for success.  This is a 3 month temporary role based in Naarm (Melbourne) working full time, 08.30AM to 5.00PM, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process for a smooth experience

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers, and insurance providers

• Manage claims accurately, including processing police report requests

• Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly while mitigating risks

• Ensure compliance with state-specific legislation and company policies

• Maintain accurate records through data entry, document management, and spreadsheet updates

• Collaborate with team members to meet service and compliance standards
