About The Role
As a Senior Associate in the Property team, you will manage complex and high value matters across:

  • Commercial, residential, and mixed-use acquisitions and disposals
  • Property development, subdivisions, and project structuring
  • Off-the-plan sales and large-scale developments
  • Commercial and retail leasing
  • Joint ventures, co-ownership, and related commercial agreements

You'll be a trusted point of contact for a loyal client base, working closely with approachable Partners who invest in mentoring and team development. There's also a clear pathway to progression for those seeking it.

About You
We're looking for a property law specialist who brings:

  • 5+ years' PAE in property law
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical ability
